Returns & Refunds

Due to the digital nature of our products, returns for refunds cannot be accepted unless specific conditions apply.

Corrupt Files or Physical Damage
The damaged or faulty disc will be replaced free of charge, but no refunds will be given.

Missing Content
If there are missing pages or text which was not indicated in the item's description and this text is of a significant nature (ie historical or biographical content, records, ect.), not something of minor significance (ie advertisements, few missing words, etc.), then a partial refund will be given.

Photographs, Pictures, Portraits
Many of the available publications contain photographs, pictures or portraits. In some cases these pictures have lost a significant to major amount of clarity, some being too dark even to see what the subject is. In other cases, the clarity is very good. The degree of clarity depends on the way the pages were scanned - some were done simply to capture the text, others were done to capture both text and photographs. Regardless of whether this issue is specifically addressed in the individual item description, refunds will not be given for darkened photographs as the real value of the information is contained in the text.
